Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application and effect of eyebrow incision combined with orbital fat removal in the treatment of upper eyelid skin relaxation.Methods 167 cases of patients with the diagnosis of eyebrow sagging or upper eyelid skin relaxation of the subject, in the lower edge of the eyebrow design shuttle shaped skin incision line, cut the skin, skin, remove excess skin. The incision into the lateral orbital to the depth of the stripping septum, remove excess orbital fat, on the inside and outside of the upper eyelid incision subcutaneous tissue ifxed in eyebrow periosteum two needles, the eyebrow position, and effectively ifx the upper eyelid skin relaxation.Results The 167 cases were signiifcantly improved by the brow sagging, the upper eyelid skin relaxation, and the sagging of the upper eyelid.Conclusion The eyebrow incision combined with orbital fat removal can improve the eyebrow tissue, and effectively improve the upper eyelid skin relaxation, bloated, sagging. The operation is simple, fast recovery, patient satisfaction is high, it is worth clinical promotion.关键词
