Abstract
Objective To study the factors affecting the cosmetic surgery, and formulate relevant preventive measures.Methods Selection of burns and plastic surgery of our hospital 80 cases of patients with plastic surgery were analyzed, and the speciifc conditions of the patients underwent rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, blepharoplasty, cleft lip repair surgery, postoperative patients ifll in the questionnaire. All the data were analyzed with.Results Among the 80 patients, 28 were not satisifed with the operation effect, and the rate was 35%. This one, the operation expected in 16 cases, high rhinoplasty patients accounted for 57.1%, 4 cases, 2 cases of patients with wrinkle, dimple reconstruction in 1 cases, 2 cases of blepharoplasty, 2 cases of fat extraction, 1 cases of eyelid bag relaxation repair, 4 cases of breast augmentation surgery patients; there must adapt to the design or operation of master when deviation in 5 cases, accounting for 17.9%, double eyelid for 3 cases of patients, 2 patients underwent rhinoplasty, two surgery effect ideal; postoperative nursing improper infection in 4 cases, 2 cases of breast augmentation rhinoplasty, 2 cases accounted for 14.3%; prosthesis material unqualiifed after operation in 3 cases, accounting for 10%, long the nose in 2 cases, 1 cases of breast augmentation, were cured after treatment.Conclusion Factors inlfuencing the effect of cosmetic surgery is the main operation expectation, operation design, lack of care and deviation of plastic materials not suitable for objective reasons, doctors and nurses should constantly improve their professional skills, good psychological counseling of patients before and after surgery, postoperative recovery of the correct guidance, strict design of plastic material is suitable, in order to avoid and reduce medical disputes.关键词
