比较PFNA与股骨近端锁定板治疗老年性股骨转子间骨折的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of proximal femoral locking titanium plate (PFLCP) and proximal femoral intramedullary nail fixation system (PFNA) for the treatment of senile fracture between rotor.Method:76 cases of senile femoral fractures between rotor were collected from June 2014 to June 2016.According to the operation method they were divided into PFNA group and PFLCP group,38 cases in each group.The total operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative fracture healing time,Harris score and the incidence of complications of two groups were observed.Result:The 76 cases all followed up for an average of 21 months.Compared with PFLCP group,PFNA group of shorter operation time, less intraoperative blood loss and shorter fracture healing time,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in two groups of Harris hip score(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of senile femoral fractures between the rotor with PFNA operation method has small surgical trauma,less intraoperative blood loss,lower incidence of postoperative complications,the clinical curative effect is satisfied.关键词
