微创闭合单臂与三维外固定支架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果比较
Effect of Minimally Invasive Closed Single Arm and Three-dimensional External Fixator in the Treatment of Senile Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of minimally invasive closed single arm and three-dimensional external fixator in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Method:A total of 60 patients with senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture were retrospectively analyzed from June 2012 to January 2016 in our hospital.According to the treatment,all patients were divided into single arm group and three-dimensional group, 30 cases in each group,single arm group was given minimally invasive closed single arm external fixation support treatment,three-dimensional group was given minimally invasive closed three-dimensional external fixation support treatment,Harris hip score method was used to evaluate joint function,visual analogue scale(VAS) was used to assess the degree of pain,followed up for 6 months,intraoperative blood loss,operative time,fracture healing time and joint function before and after treatment and 3, 5, 7 d of pain of two groups were analyzed.Result:Single arm group and three-dimensional intraoperative blood loss,operative time,fracture healing time were basically the same,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Single arm group and three-dimensional group after treatment in patients with joint function excellent and good rate were respectively 93.33% and 96.67%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).All patients were all healed,delayed union and other complications.Single arm group and three-dimensional group after treatment in patients with 3,5,7 d VAS score were significantly lower than those of before treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05),but two groups after treatment in patients with 3,5,7 d of VAS scores were basically the same,there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Minimally invasive closed single arm and three-dimensional elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated by external fixation support curative effect,all have the characteristics of small trauma,fewer complications and so on,all can effectively improve patients and reduce the pain of patients with symptoms of joint function,they are worth for further clinical promotion.关键词
