摘要

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the effect of treadmill training on blood pressure and carotid artery intima media thickness in patients with hypertension.Method:86 hypertension patients were chosen,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group.The control group was given antihypertensive drugs orally to control blood pressure,observation group was given antihypertensive drugs orally and treadmill training.After 6 months treatment,the blood pressure,carotid artery intima media thickness and carotid artery diameter were compared between the two groups.Result:The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure of the observation group was (128.27±12.35) mm Hg, and diastolic blood pressure was (80.27±8.35) mm Hg, which were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The carotid artery intima media thickness and carotid artery diameter of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the carotid artery intima media thickness of the observation group was (0.83±0.10) mm, and the diameter of the carotid artery was (6.21±0.93) mm, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Treadmill training helps to lower the blood pressure smoothly in hypertension patients,reduces the carotid artery intima media thickness,and improves the arteriosclerosis.
