Curative Effect and Serum Sex Hormones Influence of Triptorelin Treatment for Endometriosis of Infertility Patients with Laparoscopic Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the curative effect and serum sex hormones influence of Triptorelin treatment for endometriosis of infertility patients with laparoscopic surgery.Method:124 patients with endometriosis infertile were selected from June 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital.According to the random distribution,all patients were divided into join group and three ketone group,62 cases in each group,two groups of patients were given conventional treatment of laparoscopic removal,then three ketone group was given 2.5 mg pregnant three ketene oral treatment,join group was given 3.75 mg Triptorelin injection treatment,enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) was used to detect serum estradiol (E2),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels.Followed up for 1 year,the clinical curative effect,before and after treatment serum E2,FSH and LH levels and adverse reactions occur of two groups were analysed.Result:Join group efficient and conception rate were obviously higher than the three ketone group,there were significant differences(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of E2, FSH and LH of join group were lower than the three ketone group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Join group and three ketone group incidence of adverse reactions were 6.45%and 6.45% respectively,the former was lower than the latter,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Triptorelin treatment can effectively improve the endometriosis infertile laparoscopic surgery patients serum E2,FSH and LH levels,improve the patients’ clinical curative effect,it has good security,it is worthy of further clinical promotion.关键词
