Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of controllable negative pressure suction device in cholecystolithotomy.Method: A total of 250 patients with cholecystolithiasis undergoing cholecystolithotomy in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected,they were randomly divided into experimental group of 127 cases and control group of 123 cases.The experimental group received laparoscope combined with choledochoscope-guided cholecystolithotomy and a self-made controllable negative pressure suction device.The control group underwent cholecystolithotomy guided by laparoscope combined with choledochoscope.Hospitalization expenses, the duration of surgery, intraoperative bleeding,postoperative diet recovery time, postoperative hospital stay, residual stone rate 1 week after surgery, and stone recurrence rate 1,3,6 and 12 months after surgery in both groups were compared.Result:Both groups recovered well after surgery,and had no severe complications. Hospitalization expenses,postoperative hospital stay,the duration of surgery and postoperative diet recovery time showed significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). After operation1 weeks, 4 cases of residual stones in control group,the residual rate was 3.25%,recurrence within 1 years a total of 14 cases (11.38%);the experimental group after 1 weeks of recurrence was 0,recurrence within 1 years a total of 2 cases (1.57%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of the controllable negative pressure suction device in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis is characterized by simple method, easy operation and good efficacy,thus it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
