Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of injection of gentamicin in Meniere's disease and the impact on the patients' hearing.Method:80 cases of Meniere’s disease from April 2011 to April 2013 in our hospital were treated, on the basis of the draw method they were divided into control group and test group,40 cases in each group,control group was given Dexamethasone therapy,test group was given injection of Gentamicin treatment, two groups’ after treatment of hearing changes,vertigo and tinnitus control effect and adverse reactions were observed.Result:After treatment,two groups with Meniere’s disease in 4 and 8 KHz thresholds were reduced to a certain extent,but there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).The test group vertigo total effective rate was 90.00% higher than that of control group 72.50%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the test group total dizziness efficiency of 67.50% higher than that of control group 45.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total adverse reaction rate was no difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: Shoot for gentamicin in patients with Meniere’s disease effect,can significantly improve patients with symptoms of dizziness,to the improvement of the tinnitus also to have certain effect,and the effect of <br> hearing for the patient is less,it is worthy of promoting.关键词
