Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical nursing care pathways in hospital infection control effect. Method:In this study, patients were included in our hospital inpatient department,3250 patients were selected from April 2016 to June 2016 as control group,3180 patients were selected from July 2016 to September 2016 as observation group.The control group was given implementation of routine care, observation group was given implementation of clinical care path.The incidence of nosocomial infection and the rate of nursing satisfaction were taken as the observation indexes,the nursing effects of two groups were compared.Result:The overall incidence of nosocomial infection was 1.98% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group of 11.88%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in observation group was 97.64%, which was significantly better than that of the control group with 82.55%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The limitation effect of clinical nursing path in hospital infection control has a positive effect on reducing incidence of nosocomial infection and improving nursing satisfaction rate, which can be used for clinical reference and popularization.关键词
