Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relationship of psychological resilience with the side effects and the quality of life.Method:102 tumor patients in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment were selected from January 2014 to May 2015 as the research objects, the different psychological resilience in patients with adverse reactions incidence,the relationship between the occurrence of tumor patients with resilience and side effect of the treatment of existing were observed and compared; at the same time the different resilience in patients with the quality of life index were compared.The relationship of tumor patients mental flexibility and quality of life were analyzed. Result:In the treatment of 102 cases with tumor had 59 cases of adverse reactions, the incidence rate was 57.8%, including 16 cases of head and neck, 12 cases of lung, 18 cases of digestive tract, 8 cases of gynecological, 5 cases of other cases.Different parts of the tumor patients with low psychological resilience in the treatment the incidence of side effects was significantly higher than that in the center psychological resilience,the center psychological resilience of those were higher than high psychological resilience,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Different parts of the tumor patients with low resilience physiological function,health status, social function and emotional intelligence score significantly lower than the center psychological resilience, the center psychological resilience of those were significantly lower than that of high psychological resilience,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain relationship of the psychological resilience with the treatment side effects and the quality of life in radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The higher resilience, the lower incidence of side effects,and the higher quality of life.关键词
