Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of early cell degranulation in vitro fertilization and embryo quality and clinical outcomes after short time IVF.Method:1693 patients were retrospectively analyzed from January to December 2015 in the center.They were divided into short-term fertilization early degranulation cell found after the second polar body of eggs for overnight fertilization group of 107 cases and traditional overnight fertilization group of 1147 cases,the rate of early cell degranulation of normal fertilization effect,1PN,3PN, cleavage, high-quality embryo and clinical pregnancy of two groups were observed.The early short time insemination degranulation cells were found after the second polar body for eggs ICSI group of 13 cases and traditional ICSI group of 426 cases,the rate of early cell degranulation of normal fertilization effect,1PN,3PN,cleavage,high-quality embryo and clinical pregnancy of two groups were compared.Result:In vitro fertilization degranulation cell found in advance of the second polar body of eggs for overnight fertilization compared to the normal group and the traditional overnight fertilization rate between the groups,high quality embryo rate,clinical pregnancy rate showed no significant difference (P<0.05).And in vitro fertilization group degranulation cells were found after the second polar body of eggs for normal fertilization recovery rate of ICSI group, high quality embryo rate, clinical pregnancy rate compared with ICSI group,there were no significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The early embryonic cell degranulation do not improve the fertilization rate of more than 2PN to compare with the conventional overnight IVF group.Embryos of fertilization rate, cleavage rate,high quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate not significantly reduced compare with the conventional ICSI group.The early embryonic cell can achieve similar clinical pregnancy rate compared to conventional IVF and ICSI cycles,with second polar body detection.It can preventing low fertilization IVF and no fertilization,reduce the percentage of ICSI.关键词
