氯雷他定联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Loratadine combined with Diclofenac Sodium eye drops for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Method:136 patients with allergic conjunctivitis in our hospital form January 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into observation group of 74 cases and control group of 62 cases according to the different treatment options.Control group was treated with simple Loratadine eye drops, and observation group was treated with Loratadine combined with Diclofenac Sodium eye drops.The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.The total score of clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of 7 and 14 d before treatment were analyzed.Result:Before treatment,the clinical symptom score were compared between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the treatment of 7 and 14 d after treatment,the clinical symptom score of two groups were significantly decreased,after 14 d treatment the clinical symptom score was lower than after 7 d treatment, observation group of that was less than control group,there were statistical significant differences(P<0.05).After 7 d treatment,the clinical curative effect of observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after 14 d treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were significantly improved, observation group of that was better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Compared with only using chlorine thunder Loratadine tablets in treatment,Loratadine combined with Diclofenac Sodium eye drops in the treatment of the clinical efficacy of allergic conjunctivitis is more significant,it is worth to promote.关键词
