糖尿病心肌病患者血清APE1的表达改变和意义
Expression and Clinical Significance of Serum APE1 in Diabetic Cardiomyopathy Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of APE1(Apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease-1) in diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM) patients.Method:Levels of APE1 in serum were assayed by ELISA kit.Enzymic activity of serum APE1 in DCM patients was measured using FAM labeled fluorescence assay. Result:Serum levels of APE1 were dramatically elevated in DCM patients compared with the control group and the diabetes group,endonuclease activity of APE1 significantly lower than those of the control group and the diabetes group.Conclusion:Elevated serum APE1 with its DNA repair dysfunction might be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy.关键词
