Expression and Significance of Angiopoietin-2 and Tie-2 in Human Breast Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Angiopoietin-2 and Tie-2 in human breast cancer.Method:The expressions of Angiopoietin-2 and Tie-2 in breast cancer tissues and normal breast tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and their correlation with clinicopathological features were analyzed.Result:The positivity rates of Angiopoietin-2 and Tie-2 in breast cancer tissue were 80.99%(98/121) and 75.21%(91/121),there were significantly higher than those of the adjacent normal tissues (10.53% and 15.79%,P<0.05).The expression of Angiopoietin-2 and Tie-2 were correlated with pathological stage,axillary lymph node metastasis and prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Angiopoietin-2 and Tie-2 are highly expressed in breast cancer tissues,which may be biomarkers for predicting the development and prognosis of breast cancer.关键词
