摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of once-daily Insulin Detemir on the body composition in poorly controlled type 2 diabetes patients treated with oral antidiabetic drugs.Method:A total of 27 cases type 2 diabetes patients with poor glycemic control by oral antidiabetic drugs were added to receive once-daily bedtime Insulin Detemir injection.The observation lasted for 3 months.The parameters of the body composition were measured before and after treatment by Inbody 720 body composition analyzer.The parameters included height weight and HbA1c also were measured before and after treatment.Result:After 3 months of treatment,HbA1c was significantly decreased than before treatment(t=5.116,P<0.001).After 3 months of treatment,the percentage of fat was significantly decreased than before treatment(t=2.161,P<0.05).Conclusion:Once-daily Insulin Detemir added to oral antidiabetic drugs in poorly controlled type 2 diabetes patients can improve glycemic control. At the same time weight on a downward trend which muscles no obvious changes,but fat ratio declined markedly.关键词
