Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of COPD in stable stage patients quality of life,blood gas analysis and CRP effect.Method:Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group received routine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the control group was given noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation,respectively before treatment,treatment 1 month,treatment for 3 months,observed in patients with blood gas analysis and CRP changes,and CAT score,6 minutes walk test were evaluated.Result:Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) showed no effect,but the treatment group patients quality of life(QOL) and C-reactive protein(CRP) than those of the control group improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce CRP value,it is worth of clinical promotion.关键词
