颜氏益心方干预代谢综合征及对脂肪细胞因子影响的临床研究
Effect of Yanshi Yixin Fang on Metabolic Syndrome and Adipocyte Factor
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Yanshi Yixin Fang on metabolic syndrome and adipocyte factors. Method:This study was performed from Feb 2015 to Feb 2016,a total of 100 patients with metabolic syndrome were admitted to Guangzhou Dongsheng Hospital,and then were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=50) and the control group (n=50).The control group was treated with oral Captopril,Simvastatin as well as Metformin,and the treatment group received oral Captopril, Simvastatin, Metformin together with Yan Shi Yixin Fang treatment.Differences of biochemical indexes and fat cells factor of two groups before and after treatment were performed.Result:The biochemical indexes and fat cells factor were improved both in control group and treatment group after treatment, including fasting plasma glucose (FPG), insulin resistance index (IR) and blood pressure.Furthermore,cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly decreased in control group and treatment group (P>0.05), in contrast, high density lipoprotein cholesterol was notably increased of two groups (P<0.05).In addition,resistin, adiponectin, plasminogen activator inhibitor content were markedly improved (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yan shi Yixin Fang has the efficacy of interventions on metabolic syndrome as well as regulations adipokines.关键词
