护士长行为管理在急诊科护理管理中的效果观察
Effect of Behavior Management of Head Nurses in Emergency Department
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of behavior management of head nurses in emergency department.Method:Through retrospective analysis problems and hidden dangers exist from May 2013 to May 2014 emergency department nursing management(quality of care,nursing records,nursing skill operation quality and the quality of care and safety,etc.),formulate measures for implementing the behaviour of head nurse management. Implementation of program began in May 2014,after 1 year on the behavior of head nurse the quality control management,among patients,health care,family satisfaction,nursing adverse events,complaints and disputes between nurses and patients on statistics and compared before and after implementation of behavior of head nurse management emergency department nursing management quality.Result:After 1 year since the implementation of behavior management of head nurses and implementation of nursing quality,ward management,business training three better than that of before implementation(P<0.01).Conclusion:Implement the head nurse in emergency nursing management behavior management,is conducive to improving the quality of the ward management,control of nursing adverse events,improve satisfaction,care satisfaction and satisfaction between nurses and patients.关键词
