临床护理路径干预对小儿输液护理效果及护理满意度的影响观察
Nursing Effect and Satisfaction of Clinical Nursing Pathway for Pediatric Infusion

Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the application effect and corresponding nursing satisfaction of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of pediatric infusion.Method:A total of 124 cases of children were treated with infusion treatment in our hospital from August 2014 to April 2015 were selected,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,62 children in each group.The study group was given clinical nursing pathway intervention,the control group was given general infusion nursing intervention.Then,the effect of infusion nursing and the overall nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The residual amount of infusion of the study group was (10.2±1.4)mL,the pain score was (2.5±0.6)point.The residual amount of infusion of the control group was (15.8±1.5)mL,and the pain degree was (5.0±0.2)point,and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing service attitude,professional skills and the satisfaction of treatment effect of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of successful puncture of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the number of patients with pain was less than that of the control group,and the time used for the puncture was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway intervention in the process of infusion nursing in children which can effectively improve the level of nursing,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.关键词
