首日教育在糖尿病患者基础胰岛素治疗中应用体会
Application of First Day of Education in Insulin Therapy in Patients with Diabetes

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of the first day of education in insulin therapy in patients with diabetes.Method:A total of 304 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,152 cases each group.All cases were treated with diet control,exercise therapy,medication,blood glucose monitoring,and the observation group was given the first day of education in above measures,observing 12 weeks and collectting information by questionnaire,and evaluated patients with diabetes knowledge to understand the situation.Result:Diabetes and insulin injections knowledge score had no significant in two group(P>0.05), 12 weeks after the score was significantly higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of dependence good of the observation group was 94.74%,higher than 71.05% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FPG and HbA1c level before education in two groups had no statistically significant(P>0.05),after 12 weeks had statistically significant(P<0.05). The hypoglycemia incidence of the observation group was 3.29%,lower than 9.21% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The first day of education enhances diabetes knowledge,knowledge about insulin injections,and improves insulin dependence,and it plays an important role in controlling blood sugar levels,reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,it is worthy of recommendation.关键词
