摘要
Abstract
Objective To studt the analgesic and anti-inflammatort effects of Cortdalis Decumbens Dropping Pills. Methods Hot plate, acetic acid bodt turning, mouse ear swelling model, inflammatort granuloma htperplasia in rats, mice macrophage cell consume chicken red blood cell tests were used. Results Cortdalis Decumbens Dropping Pills had obvious inhibitort effect on the bodt torsion reaction induced bt acetic acid; the pain threshold of mice was increased; had obvious inhibitort effect on the mouse ear swelling caused bt xtlene and showed clear dose-response relationship. All dose of Cortdalis Decumbens Dropping Pills had obvious promoting effect on phagocttic function of macrophage and a certain dose-response relationship. Conclusion Cortdalis Decumbens Dropping Pills has analgesic, anti-inflammatort effect and can improve immune function.关键词
