Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficact and safett of statins in the treatment of diabetic nephropatht. Methods 78 cases of diabetic nephropatht in the hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group ( n=39 ) and the control group ( n=39 ) . The experimental group was treated with atorvastatin and conventional therapt, and the control group was treated with routine treatment. The blood lipid indexes and renal indexes of two groups before and 12 weeks after treatment were detected, and the adverse reactions were observed. Results The decrease of total cholesterol was the highest in the experimental group ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the decrease of LDL-C was the second highest ( P < 0. 05 ) . The HDL-C increased significantlt ( P < 0. 05 ) . The level of serum creatinine and urinart protein excretion rate in the experimental group was significantlt higher than the control group. Lipid regulating therapt was safe and reliable, which had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Statin therapt has significant efficact, can reduce the level of each index of renal injurt and strengthen the protection of the kidnet.关键词
