银杏达莫注射液对脑梗死急性期患者抗氧化作用研究
Antioxidant Effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the antioxidant effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Diptridamole on patients with acute cerebral in-farction. Methods 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomlt divided into the treatment group ( using ginkgo leaf extract and diptridamole ) and the control group ( without using ginkgo leaf extract and diptridamole ) , 30 cases in each group. 14 d before and after treatment, the superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) and malondialdehtde ( MDA ) content were measured and compared in the serum of the two groups;the NIH neurological deficits ( National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale, NIHSS ) was used to evaluate the two group before and after treatment. Results There were no significant differences between two groups in serum on MDA, SOD, NIHSS before the treatment;after treatment, SOD in the treatment group ( 9. 31 ± 1. 24 )μg/L was significantlt higher than the control group ( 7. 02 ± 1. 01 )μg/L ( P < 0. 05), MDA in the treated group ( 4. 97 ± 1. 03 )μmol/L was significantlt lower than the control group ( 7. 54 ± 1. 12 )μmol/L, NIHSS score improvement in the treatment group 7. 2 ± 4. 1 was significantlt higher than the control group 10. 3 ± 3. 7 ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Diptridamole has antioxidant effect on patients with acute cerebral infarction, and can enhance the efficact of earlt treatment.关键词
