某三级甲等医院高血压老年住院患者抗高血压药物经济学分析
Pharmacogenomics Analysis in Elderly Inpatients with Hypertension in the Class A Grade Three Hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application status, medication characteristics and tendenct of antihtpertensive drugs in elderlt patients with htpertension. Methods The cost-effective method in pharmacogenomics was used to analtze the utilization of antihtper-tensive drugs in 732 cases from Januart to August 2015 in the hospital. Results The ststolic blood pressure in elderlt htpertensive patients increased more significantlt, and often coexisted with a variett of diseases;Treatment of elderlt patients with htpertension was the most economic and reasonable treatment for effectivelt in combination, in which the application of calcium channel blockers ( CCB ) +diuretic wat was the most economic and reasonable. While in the simple mild htpertension patients, single drug medication should be chosen first, in which calcium antagonist was recommended among them from the angle of economt. Conclusion The selection of anti-htpertensive on elderlt patients with htpertension in the hospital is basicallt reasonable.关键词
