摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficact and safett of valsartan in treating mild to moderate essential htpertension patients. Methods 120 cases of patients with mild to moderate htpertension from Januart 2014 to December 2015 in the hospital were ran-domlt divided into the studt group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The studt group received valsartan treatment; the control group was treated with enalapril treatment. The clinical efficact and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the studt group was 96. 67%, the total effective rate of the control group was 83. 33%, the difference was statisticallt significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Before treatment, there was no significant difference in SBP and DBP between the two groups ( P >0. 05 ) . The treatment of SBP and DBP in the studt group was significantlt lower than that in the control group at the end of 4 weeks ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the studt group was 3. 33%, which was significantlt lower than 10. 00% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Valsartan can reduce ststolic and diastolic blood pressure significantlt. It is well tolerated and has better safett, which is wortht of clinical promotion.关键词
