摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish an HPLC-electrochemical detection method for the determination of selenomethionine in selenium-enriched teast. Methods The column was an Agilent Eclipse plus C18 column ( 150 mm × 3. 0 mm, 3. 5 μm ) . 100 mmol/L citrate buffer ( pH=2. 75, containing 300 mg/L1-Octanesulfonic acid sodium salt ) -methanol ( 85 : 15 ) was used as the mobile phase and the detection voltage was set at 500 mV ( ECD1 ) and 700 mV ( ECD2 ) . Results Selenomethionine showed good linearitt in the range of 1-300 μmol/L ( r2=0. 999 6 ) , the detection limit was 0. 30 μmol/L, and the recovert rate was 101. 30%, RsD was 2. 30% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible, which can be used for the determination of selenomethionine in selenium-enriched teast.
