住院患者口服药品医嘱干预情况分析OACSTPCD
Intervention Situation Analysis of the Oral Medication Orders for Hospitalized Patients
目的：为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法，对2015年1月至12月住院患者口服药品医嘱干预情况进行统计、分析。结果通过药师干预后，被采纳医嘱353例，占干预医嘱的62.92％；其中用量不适宜医嘱占更改医嘱的58.16％，联合用药不适宜医嘱干预成功率(88.89％)最高。结论通过药师审核医嘱，可及时纠正不合理用药，提高合理用药的水平。
Objective To provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods A retrospective analtsis was conducted to analtze the situation of the intervention of oral medicine in hospitalized patients from Januart to December in 2015.
