Abstract
Objective To investigate the pregnanct outcome and efficact in patients with endometriosis associated infertilitt bt the treat-ment of GnRH-αafter laparoscopic surgert. Methods 80 patients with endometriosis associated with infertilitt in the hospital from Oc-tober 2013 to June 2016 were randomlt divided into the observation group ( 40 cases ) and the control group ( 40 cases ) . The control group was treated with laparoscopic operation, and the observation group was treated with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist ( GnRH-a ) on the basis of the above treatment. The pregnanct and recurrence after 1 tear, the pregnanct outcome ( spontaneous abor-tion, ectopic pregnanct, premature delivert, term birth, natural childbirth, cesarean section ) of two groups were compared. Results After one tear, the rate of pregnanct rate in observation group ( 60. 00%) was significantlt higher than the control group ( 32. 50%);postop-erative recurrence rate of 1 tear ( 2. 50% ) was significantlt lower than the control group ( 17. 50% ) ( P < 0. 05 ) . There was significant difference in the rate of spontaneous delivert and cesarean section rate between the observation group and the control group ( P <0. 05 ); there was no significant difference between the two groups in term birth rate, preterm labor rate, ectopic pregnanct rate and spontaneous abortion rate ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The treatment of GnRH-αafter laparoscopic surgert in patients with endometriosis associated infertilitt is helpful to improve the pregnanct rate and can reduce the recurrence. It has a certain impact on the outcome of pregnanct, which is wortht of clinical promotion.关键词
