我国海洋渔业第一产业劳动生产率的增长动力--基于转换份额分析法的实证分析
The impetus for labor productivity growth of China's marine fisheries primary sector：based on the shift-share analysis

Abstract
In order to study the growth momentum of China’s marine fisheries primary sector labor productivity. The labor productivity growth rate ofChina’s marine fisheries primary sector from 1989 to 2014 is decomposed into the static shift effect, dynamic shift effect which is caused by the change ofindustrial structure and the intra-branch productivity growth effect caused by thetechnological innovationwith the analysis of shift-share method. The empirical results illustrate that the contribution of intra-branch productivity growth effect to the growth of marine fisheries primary sector labor productivity is much larger than that of the aggregate static and dynamic shift effect. The contribution of the aggregate static and dynamic shift effect performs “first increases, then decreases”, and the contribution of intra-branch productivity growth effect shows the trend of “first decreases gradually, then increases”.Overall, technological progress isthe main drive force to enhance its labor productivity growth. Compared with the marine fishing industry, the mariculture industry makes more contributions to the marine fisheries primary sector labor productivity.关键词
