瘀热同治法中药坐浴对湿热下注型混合痔术后水肿的作用
Effect of Stasis and Heat with Bath Medicine on Edema after Operation of Mixed Hemorrhoids of Damp Heat Type in Prevention and Treatment

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of simultaneous treatment of stasis heat with bath medicine on perianal edema after operation of mixed hemorrhoids of damp heat type. Methods Using prospective, random⁃ized, double blind controlled study, 160 patients were selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria and ran⁃domly divided into the treatment group and the con⁃trol group, 80 cases in each group were observed af⁃ter operation, and recorded on the 3rd day, the 7th day, and the 14th day in patients with anal margin of edema to evaluate clinical efficacy. Results Com⁃parating the efficacy of the two groups , the excellent rate in the treatment group was 95%, effective rate was 5%; but in the control group, the excellent rate was 70%, effective rate was 6.25%, and inefficiency was 23.75%; while the comparative edema incidence in the treatment group was 11.25%, in the control group was 30%. Comparating the same point edema score between the two groups and continuation points between the same group, the edema score in the treatment group was(0.30±0.88)at the 3rd day,(0.23±0.75)and at the 7th day,(0.10±0.44)at the 14th day. But in the control group,(0.95±1.64)at the 3rd day,(0.91±1.50)and at the 7th day, and(0.91±1.49)at the 14th day. The differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Simultaneous treatment of Stasis and Heat with bath medicine can effectively prevent and cure perianal edema after operation of mixed hemorrhoids of damp heat type.关键词
