早期肠内营养配合针灸加速术后肠功能康复研究
Study on Early Enteral Nutrition combined with Acupuncture to Promote the Recovery of Gastrointesti-nal Function in Patients after Surgery

Abstract
Objective To study the application value of acupuncture combined with early enteral nutrition to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after surgery. Methods Two hundred patients with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration were randomly divided into traditional management group (group A), traditional management combined with acupuncture group (group B), early enteral nutrition group (group C), early enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture group (group D), 50 cases in each group. The first exhaust time, first defecation time,gastrointestinal adverse reaction,postoperative hospital stay, and rehospitalization rate were observed. Results The first exhaust time of group D was (21.6 ± 4.5) h, which was significantly shorter than that in group A (52.6 ± 7.1) h, group B (36.8 ± 5.6) h and group C (38.1 ± 5.2) h (F=250.7, P=0.000). The first defecation time of group D was (39.6 ±6.1) h, which was significantly shorter than in group A (86.2 ±7.5) h, group B (49.1 ± 6.4) h and group C (71.2 ± 10.3) h (F=372.4, P=0.000) .The length of hospital stay after surgery of group D was (4.18 ±0.48) d, which was significantly shorter than that in group A (6.98±0.65) d, group B (5.54 ± 0.65) d and group C (5.62 ± 0.75) d (F=44.3, P=0.000). The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reaction of group C was 70%, which was significantly higher than that in group A(32%), group B(6%) and group D (10%). Conclusion Early acupuncture combined with enteral nutrition can effectively improve gastrointestinal function, reduce the adverse reaction of gastrointestinal tract and shorten the length of hospital stay after surgery.关键词
