舒适护理在股骨颈骨折闭合复位内固定术中的应用
Application of Comfort Nursing Mode on the Negative Emotion and Pain Degree of Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures Treated by Closed Reduction and Internal Fixation

Abstract
Objective To explore the comfortable nursing model in the application effect of closed reduc⁃tion and internal fixation in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture on their negative emotion, pain and satis⁃faction and to accumulate experience of this special group of high quality nursing. Methods Eighty-six cases with femoral neck fracture fixed by closed reduction and internal fixation were divided into study group and control group randomly, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was carried out with routine nursing intervention, the study group was given comforta⁃bale nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing intervention. All patients accepted anxiety self rating scale (SAS) and depression self rating scale (SDS) at admission, second day before operation and second days after op⁃eration. Heart rate and systolic pressure of all patients were recorded at admission, second day before operation, second day after operation. Homemade nursing satisfaction degree questionnaire was surveyed at fourth day after operation. Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P>0.05). At the second day before and after operation, the SAS and SDS scores in patients of study group were low⁃er than those in the control group. There were no significant differences in heart rate and systolic blood pressure between the two groups. But heart rate and systolic blood pressure in patients of study group were lower than those in control group at the second day before and after operation. Patients nursing satisfaction degree was 95.3% (41/43) in study group, higher than that of 79.1% (34/43) in control group. Conclusion Comfortable nursing mode is helpful to improve the anxiety and depression in femoral neck tracture patients fixed by closed reduction and internal fixation. It can enhance the overall satisfaction of patients, has considerable clinical out⁃comes.关键词
