血竭生肌膏对糖尿病大鼠基质金属蛋白酶类表达的影响
Effect of XueJieShengJi Ointment on Matrix Metalloproteinases Expression in Diabetic Rats

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of XueJieShengJi ointment on matrix metalloproteinases expres⁃sion in diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rat model was made by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin, and the diabetic ulcer model was induced by surgical injury and 50% glacial acetic acid stimulation. The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, diabetic ulcer model group, chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine group(control group), and were given different interventions. Wound matrix metalloproteinases changes were assessed by immunohistochemical method before and after the treatment. Results The expres⁃sion of MMP-2 in sham operation group, model group, control group, Chinese medicine group were(0.068 17± 0.021 198),(0.139 33±0.012 094),(0.081 50±0.011 203),(0.078 83±0.012 073), respectively. The expres⁃sion of MMP-9 in sham operation group, model group, control group, Chinese medicine group were(0.074 83± 0.006 969),(0.138 50±0.028 452),(0.081 50±0.011 962),(0.074 83±0.009 663), respectively. The expres⁃sion of MMP-9 and MMP-2 in the sham operation group was significantly lower than that of model group, con⁃trol group, and Chinese medicine group (P<0.01), The expression of MMP-9 and MMP-2 in ulcers of model group rats was significantly higher than that of con⁃trol group and Chinese medicine group (P<0.01). In Chinese medicine group, MMP-2 and MMP-9 ex⁃pression was significantly lower than in control group (P<0.01). TIMP-1 in sham operation group, model group, control group, traditional Chinese medicine group were(0.081 33±0.013 307),(0.069 67±0.008 524), (0.079 17±0.011 974),(0.132 50±0.011 415), respectively. The expression of TIMP-1 in the sham operation group was significantly higher than in the model group, control group and Chinese medicine group (P<0.01). The expression of TIMP-1 in the model group was significantly lower than in control group and Chinese medi⁃cine group (P<0.01). In Chinese medicine group, TIMP-1 expression was significantly higher than in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion XueJieShengJi ointment improves ulcer recovery in diabetic rats by inhibiting the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and increasing the expression of TIMP-1.关键词
