Abstract
In order to establish the technical standards and ensure the quality during storage and transportation of ganoderma lucidum spores powder, the moisture content, acid value, peroxide value and the content of polysaccharide were measured periodically to study the effect of different packaging methods, packaging materials, storage and transportation temperatures on the quality of ganoderma lucidum spore powder. The results show that, it can effectively prevent oxidative rancidity and moisture absorption in caking and other problems, when the reishi shell-broken spores powder was transported and stored at−18 oC in vacuum-packed bags with aluminum foil and the reishi shell-remained spores powder was transported and stored at 5 oC in plastic vacuum packaging.关键词
