调度操作风险快速评估技术
Fast Risk Assessment Technique for Dispatching Operations
摘要
Abstract
Dispatching operations may cause risk to the power system,however,the operators lack an efficient tool to monitor the risk. A fast risk assessment technique is proposed in this paper. The nodes and buses that are sensitive to the dispatching operations can be identified to calculate the variation of the risk of the dispatching operations accurately and efficiently. The risk can be reflected by the proposed overload factor and voltage violation factor. According to the risk analysis,measures can be taken to reduce the risk,which can provide reference for the operators in making dis⁃patching decisions. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is validated by IEEE-118 bus test system and the Polish power system.关键词
