摘要

Abstract

High range sensor is the core device in the test system,the sensor performance directly affects the accura?cy of the test system,so the dynamic performance of the sensor analysis is very important. Aiming at the disadvan?tage that the degree of automation of the dynamic calibration device of high scale acceleration sensor is not to be ad?equately high,a dynamic calibration system based on high impact table is proposed.Using the basic principle of im?pact comparison method,the dynamic calibration of the 100000 gn sensor with B&K 8309 sensor as the standard sensor is used to calibrate the 58# sensor,and to analyse dynamic performances of sensors.The dynamic perfor?mance is not satisfactory,the sensor dynamic modeling provides the future basis for dynamic compensation.
