闪光视觉诱发电位在重症儿童颅内压监测中的临床意义
The clinical significance of flash visual evoked potentials in intracranial pressure monitoring of critically ill children

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance of flash visual evoked potentials (fVEP) in intracranial pressure monitoring of critically ill children.Methods 60 cases of highly suspected intracranial hypertension admitted in our department were enrolled from June 2014 to October 2015.fVEP was monitored to get P1 latency stage of patients,intracranial pressure value was recorded through lumbar puncture.The treatment measures of reducing intracranial pressure were carry out in the patients consistent with intracranial hypertension diagnostic criteria.fVEP was measured again 30 minutes,2 hours,6 hours after intravenous dropping ofmannitol respectively.Compared the changes of intracranial pressure and P1 latency stage.Results 43 children met the diagnostic criteria for intracranial hypertension,and P 1 latency stage extended.P 1 latency stage detected by fVEP before treatment was (139.8±10.5)ms,that 30 minutes after treatment was (127.5±12.4)ms,that 2 hours after treatment was (112.4±9.5)ms,that 6 hours after treatment was (124.1±8.5)ms.P1 latency stage began to shorten 30 minutes after intravenous dropping of mannitol,reduced to the minimum 2 hours later,rebounded 6 hours later.Changes of P1 wave latency stage were consistent with action time of mannitol on intracranial pressure.Conclusion Non-invasive monitoring of intracranial pressure with fVEP has the advantages of real-time,convenience,and safety,with important clinical value.关键词
