胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤的病理学及预后分析

Abstract
Objective To study the pathology and prognosis of pancreatic ductal papillary mucinous tumors.Methods 93 cases of pancreatic ductal papillary mucinous tumors undergoing excision in affiliated hospital of our college from February 2009 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed,including 51 cases of invasive cancer and 42 cases of non invasive cancer.The data of all patients was collected and analyzed,and the pathological characteristics and the operation effect of two groups were analyzed.Results The incidences of emaciation,CA199 ＞37 U/ml,and skin and scleral staining in invasive group were significantly higher than those in non invasive group.The recurrence rate of invasive group was 41.18％ (21/51),significantly higher than 7.14％ (3/42) of non invasive group;5 year survival rate of invasive group was 56.86％ (29/51),significantly lower than 97.62％ (41/42) of non invasive group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions The prognosis of patients with non invasive pancreatic ductal papillary mucinous tumors is better after surgical treatment.Early surgical treatment can prevent the development of the disease and improve the prognosis.关键词
