胸腔积液临床检验中CEA的应用价值研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CEA in serum and pleural effusion and the ratio of pleural effusion CEA / serum CEA in benign and malignant pleural effusion.Methods 73 patients with pleural effusion in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object,and divided into benign group (44 cases) and malignant group (29 cases) according to pathological results of patients.Detected and analyzed the level of CEA and CEA positive rate of two groups.Results The serum CEA level in malignant group was (137.34±317.22) ng/ml,the level of CEA in pleural effusion was (264.68±383.87) ng/ml,the ratio of pleural effusion CEA / serum CEA was (15.62±29.83),those in benign group were (4.07±7.67) ng/ml,(2.17±2.97) ng/ml,(0.63±0.35),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The positive rate of CEA in pleural effusion in malignant group was 79.31％,6.81％ in benign group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of carcino-embryonic antigen in the clinical examination of pleural effusion is high,which can effectively identify benign and malignant pleural effusion.关键词
