Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its influence on neurological function. Methods 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into study group and control group,35 patients in each group.Control group received routine care, while study group received integrated care.Compared the overall satisfaction rate after the intervention, neurological deficit score and daily living activities score before and after the intervention of two groups. Results After the intervention, the overall satisfaction rate in study group was 97.14%,that in control group was 74.29%,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Neurological deficit score before the intervention in study group was (17.64±4.51),that after the intervention was (5.48±1.23);those in control group were (17.93±4.26) and (8.76±1.87);neurological deficit score in both two groups significantly reduced after the intervention, that after the intervention in study group was lower (P<0.05).Daily living activities score before the intervention in study group was (38.29±5.62),that after the intervention was (67.42±6.79);those in control group were (37,65±5.97)and (52.35±6.24);daily living activities score in both two groups significantly increased after the intervention, that after the intervention in study group was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention has significant clinical effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction, which can significantly improve neurological function.关键词
