中医辨证施护在妊娠剧吐患者临床中的干预效果观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the intervention effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods 102 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into observation group and control group.Control group was given routine holistic nursing,and observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on the basis of control group.Results Anxiety score in observation group 14 d after nursing was (22.59±2.07),that in control group was (30.52±2.48),with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate in observation group was 94.11％,that in control group was 78.43％,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing can effectively improve the anxiety of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum,improve the nursing satisfaction and the quality of life of patients,can be widely used in clinical medicine.关键词
