高频振荡通气治疗新生儿重症肺炎并呼吸衰竭的护理探讨
Nursing care of newborns with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure treated by high frequency oscillatory ventilation

Abstract
Objective To discuss the nursing methods for high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonatal severe pneumonia and respiratory failure,and to provide reference and guidance for clinical nursing in the future.Methods 86 newborns with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure in our hospital from March 2013 to September 2015 were selected as the research object,and divided into observation group and control group with the random number table.The newborns in both two groups were treated with high frequency oscillatory ventilation.The newborns in observation group received comprehensive nursing care,while the newborns in control group received routine nursing care.Compared the nursing satisfaction degree of parents of two groups.Result The nursing satisfaction degree of parents of observation group was 95.4％,that of control group was 72.1％,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions For newborns with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure,high frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with effective nursing methods can effectively relieve the pain of newborns,prolong the life,with more significant therapeutic effect,worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
