摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode for patients with gastric cancer after radical operation.Methods 65 patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical operation in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2014 were selected as control group,and 65 patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical operation in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2015 were selected as observation group.Control group received routine perioperative nursing intervention,while observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode intervention.Compared postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds,defecation time,hospitalization time,the levels of serum protein,CRP 3 days after operation,and postoperative complications between two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds,defecation time,serum protein,CRP,and hospitalization time between two groups (P＜0.05).The incidences of postoperative urinary tract infection,wound infection,intestinal obstruction,total complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (3.08％ vs.12.31％,4.62％ vs.15.38％,3.08％ vs.13.85％,26.16％ vs.67.69％;P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional perioperative nursing intervention,rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode can improve the gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical operation,worthy of clinical application.关键词
