“扳机点”小针刀配合手法、透明质酸酶直射治疗腰背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of "trigger point" with knife needle combined with manipulation and hyaluronic acid enzyme direct treatment for myofascial pain comprehensive syndrome.Methods 72 patients lumbar myofascial pain syndrome were selected as study objects.Among which,36 were treated by ultrashort wave and set as a control group and the other 36 with "trigger point" with knife needle combined with manipulation and hyaluronic acid enzyme and as an observation group.After 2 weeks' treatment,pain visual simulation score (VAS),pain intensity (PPI),pain rating index (RPI) were used to assess the pain symptoms in both.The treatment effects were evaluted.Results The scores of vas,PPI,and PRI were better in the observation group than in the contol group after the treatment,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate was 94.44％ in the observation group and 77.78％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (x2=11.602 8,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions "Trigger point" with knife needle combined with manipulation and hyaluronic acid enzyme direct treatment for lumbar myofascial pain syndrome is effective and can improve the patients' pain degree,so it is worth being recommended for clinical use.关键词
