摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of color ultrasound in the diagnosis of scar uterine complicated with placenta previa and implantation.Methods 44 patients with scar uterine complicated with placenta previa and implantation treated at our hospital from January,2014 to January,2015 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,22 for each group.The control group were checked by B ultrasound and the observation group by color ultrasound.The diagnostic coincident rates were compared between these two groups.Results The diagnostic coincident rate was 90.9％ in the observation group and was 50.0％ in the control group.Conclusions Color ultrasound in the diagnosis of scar uterine complicated with placenta previa and implantation has high diagnostic coincident rate,specificity,and sensitivity and provide some references for clinical treatment and improve treatment effect,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
