Abstract
Objective To study the effect of FPG,2hPG,and HbA1c in the diagnosis of patients with diabetes and to provide clinical evidence for the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods 120 patients diagnosed with diabetes at our hospital from March,2014 to March,2015 were chosen as a diabetes group and 100 healthy objects taking physical examination at our hospital as a control group.Both groups were fasting 8 h.Fasting blood was collected for detecting FPG and HbAlc.2hPG was detected in each group 2 h after collecting fasting blood.The FPG,2hPG and HbA1c levels of the two groups were observed and recorded.The diagnostic rates and the sensitivities of different diagnostic criteria were recorded.Results The levels of FPG,2hPG,and HbAlc were significantly higher in the diabetic group than in the control group.Using FPG ≥ 7 mmol/L as diagnostic criteria,the diagnosis rate was 47.5％;using 2hPG ≥11.1 mmol/L as diagnostic criteria,the diagnosis rate was 91.7％;using HbA1c ≥6.5％ as diagnostic criteria,the diagnosis rate was 90.0％;and using the three as diagnostic criteria,the diagnosis rate was 98.3％.The diagnostic rate and sensitivity of the combined detection of the three in the diagnosis of diabetes were significantly higher than those of any other diagnostic criteria (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The combined detection of FPG,2hPG,and HbA1c can increase diabetes diagnosis rate and sensitivity and decrease missed diabetes diagnosis rate,so it has important clinical significance and value in diabetes screening,diagnosis,and risk assessment.关键词
