Abstract
Objective The explore countermeasures investigating the psychological conditions and th reasons of undergraduate nursing students at the beginning of clinical internship.Methods Questionnaire was used to survey 80 undergraduate nursing students taking clinical internship.Results Among the students,85.0％ felt nervous,87.5％ got fatigue,and 96.3％ were thirsty for knowledge.The psychological affecting factors were strange environment (85.0％),timid and being afraid of doing wrong (63.8％),having difficulties in communicating with patients (62.5％) and with teachers (60.0％),being tired of nursing care (58.8％,and lack of confidence in the major (52.5％).Conclusions We should take measures to solve the psychological problems of undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice,so as to improve their psychological status help them adapt to the clinical work,and improving the practice effect.关键词
