电磁继电器动作时间参数测试与计算研究
Research on Testing and Calculating of Actuation Time Parameters for Electromagnetic Relay
摘要
Abstract
In order to test the working performance of electromagnetic relay and improve its stability and reliability,electrical parameters were collected and time parameters were calculated to describe the varia-tion of mechanical parameters,without destroying the product.By using railway relay as sample,the relay parameter testing system was designed,and completed high-speed data acquisition of the relay con-tact voltage,coil current and coil voltage.Combined with the relay's dynamic characteristic curve,used piecewise curve fitting,linear parameter identification and data smoothing to process data,the touch time,super path time,arcing time and open time interval time parameters were obtained and verified. Compared with the measured data,the accuracy of the testing system has reached the designed require-ments.关键词
