摘要

Abstract

Vaccinating mature denitrifying sludge into the anaerobic fermentation tank,it was operated continuously with phenol as carbon source and NaNO3 for denitrifying nitrogen source.The degrading dynamics characteristic of denitrification was carried out by measuring concentration changes of phenol and NO-x-N regularly.pH and ORP were monitored online in the process of reaction.Microorganism of denitrifying sludge was analyzed by PCR-DGGE.Results show that the C/N ratio was 4,the removal rate of phenol was 83.3%.The degradation rate of phenol was 6.45 mg/(g VSS·d),and the degrada-tion rate of NO-x-N was 3.85 mg/(g VSS·d).NO-2-N accumulation appeared significantly,the maxi-mum accumulation rate was 43.1%.The changes of pH and ORP could be used to reflect the denitrifica-tion process,and indicate “the most points of NO-2-N accumulation”and “the real end points of denitri-fication”well.The classes of bacteria were mainly Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes.Altererythrobacter sp.,Bacteroides sp.,Pseudomonas baetica,Thermomonas sp.etc detected in device were valid degrad-ing bacteria for phenols and nitrates.
