Abstract
Analysis of shallow strata distribution in point bar area can provide basis for the research on oil and gas reservoirs of meandering fluvial facies.Using the SIR-3000 and GR-IV ground penetrating radar (GPR)system with high resolution and high efficiency,the investigation of the shallow strata dis-tribution in the North Canal area was carried on.The survey area covered 5 lines,including two vertical and three horizontal lines.The data surveying process combined with local conditions and the detection results on the test profile,based on the details of the high resolution image of 400 MHz antenna,sup-plemented by the overall detection results of 200 MHz antenna.The results show that the measured dis-tribution of the stratum within 4 meters near the surface from top to bottom are in the order of quaterna-ry clay and vegetation layer,fine sand layer,sand with clay layer,parallel bedding sand fine sand and coarse sand layer,some of which showing a certain tendency of the structure.The stratigraphic section corresponds to the results approximately.关键词
